...:AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ALLAN RHODES, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $16,203.20
FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF TWO NEW ONE-HALF TON PICKUP TRUCKS FOR USE BY THE FLOODWALL-AND
SEWAGE TREATMENT. DEPARTMENTS,AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH
PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Allan Rhodes, Inc., in.the
amount of $16,203.20, for sale to the City of two (2) new one-half ton pickup trucks to be
used by the Floodwall and .Sewage Treatment Departments,. . said bid being in substantial
compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by
Municipal Order passed by the B.oard.of Commissioners on September 11, 1984, and as
contained in the bid of Allan Rhodes, Inc., dated September 27, 1984.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Allan Rhodes,
Inc. for sale to the City of two new one-half ton pickup trucks authorized in Section 1
above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore
approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. One-half of the total purchase -price for said pickup trucks shall be
charged to each of the following accounts:
Floodwall: 10-500-320-51.4
Sewage Treatment: 10-500-410-514
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
