AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE'PAYMENT OF $5,.392.38 TO A TO Z REMODELING FOR
INITIAL ROOFING OF CEMETERY OFFICE FACILITY AND ADDITIONAL EMERGENCY REPAIR TO ROOF
DECKING AND EXTERIOR OF BUILDING AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST
WHEREAS, these additional needed repairs were discovered after the old roof
was,removed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to pay to A to Z
Remodeling the sum of $5,392.00 for initial roofing.of the Cemetery office facility and
additional emergency repair to roof decking and exterior of building.
SECTION 2.. That Account No. 10-500-160-257 shall be charged with the
-aforesaid expenditure.:
SECTION 3. Because this work had to be done immediately,to prevent further
damage to the building, and in order to.expedite payment of this bill, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage with one reading.
