AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A GRANT OF EASEMENT
RELEASING AN EASEMENT ACROSS PROPERTY OWNED BY CONTEMPRA CORPORATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a
Grant of Easement with Contempra Corporation releasing an easement across property
owned by Contempra Corporation.
SECTION 2. Said Grant of Easement is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. That the Mayor and Corporation Counsel are to approve the
content and form of this Grant of Easement.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
