ORDINANCE NO. 84 -9 -2589 -
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CLOSEOUT AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT
OF -HOUSING AND.URBAN DEVELOPMENT -FOR THE HOTEL/CONVENTION.CENTER AND DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION
PROJECT N0: B -78 -AB -21-0001
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:-' .
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby,.authorized to enter into a Closeout
Agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Hotel/Convention
Center and Downtown Revitalization Project No. B -78 -AB -21-0001.
SECTION 2. This Agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof; as if fully set
out herein.
SECTION 3. Due to the necessity of approving this agreement by September 30, 1984,
the end of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development fiscal year, an emergency is
declared to exist and this ordinance will be effective after one reading.
