ORDINANCE NO. 84-9-2588
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF A PORTION OF NORTH 32ND STREET TO DOWNS DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the name of_a portion of North"32nd Street in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be changed to Downs Drive; said portion of North 32nd Street`being renamed is
described as follows:
Being a 60 foot street'(30 foot either side of a centerline) known as North 32nd
Street north of Park Avenue (US 60), more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the north right-of-way line of Park Avenue (US 60)
and the centerline of North 32nd Street; thence in a northerly direction with said
centerline of North 32nd Street a distance of 400 feet to the south property line
of Paducah Downs.
Also included with the above described right-of-way are two areas at the
intersection of Park Avenue (US 60) and the above described street and the arcs
described by a,20 foot: radius.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective
upon publication in full. -
