AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF J.J.-B. HILLIARD, W.L. LYONS, INC., TO ACT AS
FISCAL AGENTS FOR THE CITY OF.PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, IN CONNECTION WITH. THE ISSUANCE.OF,CITY OF
PADUCAH SEWER -REVENUE .BONDS �,:.:.; J., .
BE IT ORDAINED BY.. ,THE _BOARD _OF:_,COMMISSIONERS,,OF, THE CITY OF PADUC4H,, ,KENTUCKY:,
SECTION 1. That the proposal of J.J.B. Hilliard,,W,1 . Lyons, Inc., to act as fiscal
agents of the City of Paducah, -Kentucky, in connection with the issuance of --City of Paducah
Sewer Revenue Bonds, such proposal being attached hereto _and by reference incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and -City Clerk_be,.and they are hereby, authorized to
accept the proposal as attached hereto on behalf of the City.of Paducah, and,they are further
authorized to execute all documents necessary to carry out the purposes and intent of said
proposal.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall :be read -on two -separate days and will be effective
upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
