ORDINANCE NO. 84-9-2583
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO.EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM T.0 THE LEASE WITH
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION CABINET,"FOR A PORTION. OF THE CITY
HALL ANNEX BUILDING
WHEREAS, on February 22, 1983!, the Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance
No. 83-2-2358, authorizing the Mayor to execute_a lease with the Commonwealth of
Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, for a portion of the City Hall Annex
Building; and
WHEREAS, it the desire of the Board of Commissioners to lease an
additional amount of space in the City Hall Annex to the Commonwealth of Kentucky,
Finance & Administration Cabinet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE-IT,ORDAINED BY THE.CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute an addendum to a_Lease
with Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Probation and Parole
Department, for an additional 160 feet of space in the City Hall Annex Building, at
the pro -rated current rental price.
SECTION 2. This ordinance will be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
