AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN
ASSIGNMENT,OF LEASE WITH PADUCAH MARINE'WAYS,'INC.'AND WALKER TOWING'CORPORATION, FOR
ASSIGNMENT`-OF.LEASE OF CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY BY PADUCAH MARINE WAYS, INC. TO WALKER: TOWING
CORPORATION, LOCATED IN 'OLD TOWN", IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:.
SECTION'l. That the'Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are -hereby, authorized
and directed to enter: into ani Assignment -of - Lease with -Paducah Marine 'Ways, Inc: and'
Walker Towing Corporation for assignment of lease of certain city property by Paducah- "
Marine Ways, Ince., to Walker Towing Corporation, located in 'Old Town" in the�City of
Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid Assignment of Lease is attached hereto and by
reference incorporated herein, -.and all terms and provisions thereof are approved.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read_on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
