AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LEASING BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE COUNTY OF McCRACKEN, STATE OF KENTUCKY, OF ALL OF THE PARCELS OF REAL
ESTATE COMPRISING BARKLEY FIELD (FORMERLY KNOWR AS PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY AIRPORT), TO THE
PADUCAH AIRPORT CORPORATION,.AND°AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO'EXEC,UTE, FOR AND ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, A LEASE AGREEMENT FOR SUCH PURPOSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF-PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION,1:.-'That thefCity of Paducah, Kentucky, join with the County of McCracken,
State of Kentucky,'in the -execution of a Lease Agreement to the Paducah Airport Corporation,
leasing to said corporation all of the parcels of real estate comprising Barkley Field
(formerly known'as Paducah -McCracken County Airport) located in McCracken County, Kentucky, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Paducah, a Lease Agreement containing all of the terms, conditions and provisions as set forth
in the -copy of .the Lease Agreement which is attached hereto and made a part hereof to the same
extent as if fully copies herein.
Deed references to said real estate mentioned above as as follows, all being of
record in the McCracken County Clerk's Office: Deed Book 212, page 156; Deed Book 495, page
241; Deed Book 498, page 390, and Deed Book 535, page 595.
SECTION 1. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective
upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
