ORDINANCE NO. 84-8-2574
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
WITH CLYDE' LOVE_, d/b`/a-' McDONALD' S _.
WHERE"AS;--Gl-yde.Love, 'd/b/a McDonald's has ;opened a' restaurant. located at 1 224
Lone Oak Road, and
WHEREAS, this-lacation does not provide sufficient parking for employees and
customers, and
.WHEREAS, Clyde -Love, ..&/b/a McDonald's has requested from the City, of paducah
permission to use a 100 foot strip of land designated as a street reservation for
employee parking.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. "That the Mayor be authorized to enter into an encroachment
agreement with Clyde Love, d/b/a McDonald's to use a 100 foot strip :of right-of-way
directly in back of -Lots 111 and 12 of Phillips Park Subdivision, directly adjacent to
their restaurant, for employee parking and other employee purposes.
SECTION 2. Said agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof, as if
fully set out herein.
SECTION 3' This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
