AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF UP TO 1,200 CUBIC YARDS OF GRAVEL
FROM OLD HICKORY CLAY COMPANY AT A PRICE OF $3.75 PER YARD, DELIVERED TO SITE, FOR
USE IN STREET DEVELOPMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah purchase from Old Hickory Clay Company
up to 1,200 cubic yards of gravel, for the sum of $3.75 per cubic yard, delivered to
site, with actual amount to be determined by the City Engineer.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said gravel shall be charged to General
Fund Account 10-500-150-494.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
