AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO
ADOPT A MEMORANDUM OF -,UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN_THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND FOP LODGE X615
BARGAINING -UNIT FOR'THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT REGARDING THE FINAL AGREEMENTS OF
TERMS
NOW, -THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS.:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a Memorandum of
Understanding -with FOP Lodge #15 Bargaining Unit for the Paducah Police Department
regarding the final Agreement of Terms, a copy of which is attached hereto -and made a
part hereof as if , set -out in full.
SECTION.2: -In order to approve the Agreement as rapidly as possible, and
so as not to cause any undue delay, an emergency is declared to exist and this
ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage with one reading.
