AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING :THE BID OF PHILIP WYATT TO SUPPLY THE CITY'S REQUIREMENT OF
GRAVEL THROUGH .:JULY;.:19'85
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE'CITY OF PADUCAH,'KENTU:CKY: -
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the"bid_of Philip Wyatt., to supply the
City's -requirement -of gravel at`pit site; through July, 1985'; for the, sum' -of $1.25 per cubic
yard; said -bid being -in substdntial compliance:.with'the bid specifications ,and advertisement
for bids as was'authorized'by Order gassed by :the Board of "Commissioners on June 26, 1984, and
as contained in the bid of Philip Wyatt, dated July 18, 1984.
SECTION 2. That '!the" Mayor be authorized to execute - a contract with Philip Wyatt
for purchase of!! -the gravel authorized -in Section l above, according to the specifications, bid
proposal and all contract documents -heretofore approved .and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The 'purchase price for -said gravel shall be charged to General Fund
Account Nos. 10-500-160-257, Contract Repair Construction; 10-500-320-3.69, Flood Construction;
10-500-420-215, Rental Equipment; `.10-500-440-355, Sanitary Sewers; 10-500-440-356, Storm
Sewers; 10 -500 -6M7525, -Ex . pansion & Development; Sewer Depreciation and Extension Account;
Federal Revenue Shag;Account,-Nos..20-500-150-494,.Contingency Fund; 20-500-330-354, Street
Paving & Construction; and 10-500-3.40=354, Municipal Aid Street Paving..
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective
upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
