":AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE :BID OF PADUCAH FORD, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,646.00,
FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE NEW 1984 F-150 TRUCK, FOR USE BY THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE,CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:,
SECTION 1.. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Paducah Ford, Inc., in the
amoun-,of:-.$7,6.46.00 for one_new 1984 F-150 Truck, for -use by the Maintenance Department, said
hid. b`e:ing_ :in substantial compliance, with the .bid specifications andadvertisement for bids as
was authorized by Municipal Order passed by the Board..of Commissioners on July 10, 1984, and
as.contained in the bid of Paducah Ford, Inc., dated July 18, 1984.
:.SECTION 2. That the Mayor beauthorized to: execute a -contract with ,Paducah Ford,
Inc., for"sale to the City of the .1984 F-150 truck authorized in Section 1 above, according
to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated in the bid.
_:SECTION 3. The purchase price for said automobile shall be charged to General Fund
Ac.count:.'Number 10-500-160-514:
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective
upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof,..
