AN ORDINANCE'AUTHORIZ,ING THE,MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
WITH HUGO ULLERICH_AND W.IFE;;.-WILIMINA ULLERICH
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a
Right -of -Way -Easement with -,Hugh Ullerich and his. wife, Wilimina Ullerich, for a
right-of-way easement through Stuart .Nelson Park. .
SECTION:.2._:,That the.Mayor and,Corporation Counsel are to,approve the
content and form -of. the�Agreement.
SECTION 3.- This ordinance shall be -read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
