That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission on July 16, 19841: ,entitled,- "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF% -SECTION -55, PARAGRAPH 55.02,. OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE", -be approved as the final r-'eport'`of said Commission respecting the -matters therein set forth. SECTION'2. That Paragraph 55.02, Minimum Yard Requirements, of the Paducah Zoning Ordinance be amended an& reordained so that said Paragraph shall hereafter read as follows: "55.02.' Minimum Yard Requirements: Front yard -=None, except for arterial highway strip commercial _ uses for which a'.'minimum front yard of W- twenty-five (25) feet shall be provided.' Side yard --None, except for arterial highway strip commercial uses; for'such uses the side yards shall not b'e.less than 12 feet except that -any. -side yard abutting a residential district shall not be less, than 25, feet. Rear yard--None,"=excep-t for arterial highway strip commercial uses; for such uses a rear yard of 10 feet shall be pro- vided; if such use is serviced from the rear or if it abuts a residential district, a rear yard of not less than 30 feet shall be provided". SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs, and provisions. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
