AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WILSON CHEVROLET-CADILLAC, INC. FOR SALE
TO THE CITY OF A 1984 CHEVROLET IMPALA, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of Wilson
„Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. for sale to the City of Paducah of a 1984 Chevrolet Impala
for the sum of $9,483.19; said bid meeting or exceeding the requirements in the
advertisement for bids which were authorized by a Municipal Order passed by the
Board of Commissioners on June 26, 1984, and as contained in the bid of Wilson
Chevrolet -Cadillac, dated July 6, 1984.
SECTION 2. That the_Mayo-r be authorized to execute a contract with Wilson
Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc., for the purchase by the City of Paducah of a,.1984
Chevrolet Impala according to the terms and conditions as more particularly set..
forth above.
SECTION 4. The purchase price for said automobile shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-240-514.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
