ORDINANCE NO. 84-7-2545
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF AN UNDEVELOPED ALLEY
LOCATED SOUTH OF LOUISANA STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby authorize the
closing of an undeveloped alley -located south'`of'Louisana Street, abutting
tie SCG _Railroad, and:. more; partidularly. described- a -a follows:t
Beginning at an iron; =pipe located ;168 :59;,feet
SECTION 3. This ordnance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication of title anda certified summary
thereof.

point; thence in a westerly direction a
distance of 107 feet, more or less; -to a
point in the right of way line of an existing
15 foot � alley-; : Pthence in a northerly di-
rection a distance of 20 feet to a point in
said alley; thence in an easterly direction a.,....
distance of 110 feet to the point of begin-
ning.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be, and he- is hereby, authorized, empowered °and.•directed to:Ein-
stitute
and prosecute, pursuant to KRS 82.405, an action in the McCracken
Circuit
Court for a 'judgment ordering the closing of the'alley described in
Section
1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordnance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication of title anda certified summary
thereof.
