PURCHASERS
ORDINANCE NO. 84-7-2541
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, TO VARIOUS
WHEREAS, certain pieces of property were auctioned, subject to approval of the City
of Paducah, and
-WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners hereby approves the sale of the following lots
held for the benefit of Community Development Agetcy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That for and in consideration of the following sums, the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby authorize the sale of the following property for the following

SECTION 2. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized to transfer to the Community
Development Agency of the City of Paducah, monies received by the City of Paducah from sale
of said property.

SECTION 3. In order to finalize the contract with the purchaser an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage
with one reading.
