ORDINANCE NO. 84-7-2540
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $3,075.00 TO SWIFT &
STALEY, FOR AIR CONDITIONING REPLACEMENT IN NO. 3 FIRE STATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to
pay to Swift & Staley, the sum of $3,075.00 for installation of a. new
furnace, 5 -ton condensing unit, cooling coil, ,with all necessary duct and
electrical changes in Fire Station No. 3. Said material and.labor to be
guaranteed for a period of one year from June 22, 1984.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to the Public Works
Cumulative Reserve Fund.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary
thereof.
