ORDINANCE NO. 84-6-2516
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY TREASURER TO PAY WAHL'S
EXCAVATING FOR REPAIRS TO THE SCHNEIDMAN ROAD SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO
EXIST
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to pay Wahl's
Excavating the sum of $14,917.81 for major sewer repairs in the Schneidman Road area,
due to a sewer collapse.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Sewer Depreciation and
Extension Account.
SECTION 3. Due to the collapse of said sewer, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage with one reading.
