ORDINANCE NO. 84-4-2503
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $3,456.91 TO TED'S BODY SHOP,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to pay to
Ted's Body Shop, the sum of $3,456.91 for repairs to the truck driven by the
.An.imal: Warden.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-230-322 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. In order to expedite payment of this bill, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this- ordinance shall -be in -full force and effect
upon its passage withsone reading.
