ORDINANCE NO. 84-3-2495
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF CITY REFRIGERATION SERVICE, INC. FOR REPAIR OF AN
AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR LOCATED WITHIN THE PADUCAH CIVIC CENTER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of City Refrigeration
Service, Inc., for repair of the air conditioner compressor located within the Civic Center,
for the sum of $4,858.87; said..bid meeting or exceeding the requirements in the advertisement
for bids which were authorized by a Municipal Order passed by the Board of Commissioners on
February 14, 1984, and as contained in the bid of City Refrigeration Service, dated March 6,
1984.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with,City Refrigera-
tion Service, Inc., for repair of the air conditioning unit, according to the terms and cond-
itions as more particularly set forth above.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said repairs shall be charged to Account No.
10-500-610-525.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective
upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
