AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF PICKENS ELECTRIC SUPPLY FOR'SALE TO THE CITY
OF APPROXIMATELY 400 1500 -WATT QUARTZ LIGHT BULBS FOR USE BY THE PARKS & RECREATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Pickens Electric Supply
for sale to the City of approximately 400 1500 -watt quartz light bulbs', for the sum of
$10.16 each, to be used by the Parks and Recreation Department; said bid being in sub-
stantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was author-
ized by Municipal Order passed by the Board of Commissioners on February 28, 1984, and as
contained in the bid of Pickens Electric Supply, dated March 9, 1984.
That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Pickens
Electric Supply, for sale to the City of the lighting equipment authorized in Section 1
above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore
approved and incorporated in the bid.
-SECTION 3. The purchase price for said light bulbs shall be charged to Account
No. 10-500-610-371.
This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be ef-
fective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
