ORDINANCE NO. 84-3-2489
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $1,800.00 TO HARRIS TRUCK & TRAILER
SALES, INC. AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Harris
Truck & Trailer Sales, Inc., the sum of $1,800.00 for the purchase of a transmission
to be,installed in a front end loader truck (No. 18) used by the Refuse Department
of the;CiCY of Paducah, Kentucky.
-SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-420-322 shall be charged with the aforesaid
expenditure.
SECTION 3. In order to expedite payment of this bill, an emergency is hereby
declared -.to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage
with one reading.
