At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, on Tuesday, November 4, 2003, at
4:00 p.m., Mayor Paxton presided, and upon call of the roll by the City Manager, the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Guess, Montgomery,
Smith and Mayor Paxton (5). The Board met at City Hall and proceeded with the tour.
MOTION
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Guess offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Smith, that the Notices
lj of Called Meeting for the Board of Commissioners for 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 4,
2003, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Guess, Montgomery, Smith
and Mayor Paxton (5).
WORKSHOP:
Rick Murphy, Engineering Director; Bob Freudenthal, Public Works Director; Tom
Barnett, Planning Director; and Joel Scarbrough, Director of Inspection gave a Field
Workshop in Lowertown.
The proposed Pay Philosophy was discussed and copies of it were distributed by the City
Manager.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
