ORDINANCE NO. 84-2-2476
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $9,350.00 TO MIDCO OF LOUIS-
VILLE, FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE ENGINE IN THE ELEVATED SCRAPER USED ON THE LAND-
FILL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to pay to
MIDCO of Louisville, the sum of $9,350.00, for replacement of an engine in the
elevated scraper used on the landfill, by the Refuse Department.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-420-322 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
