ORDINANCE NO. 84-2-2475
AN- ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $4,900.00 TO WHAYNE
SUPPLY COMPANY, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to
pay to Whayne Supply Company, the sum of $4,900.00 for repair of a 1980
front end loader truck (No. 16) used by the Refuse Department of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-420-322 shall be charged with
the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. In order to expedite payment of this bill, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect upon passage at one reading.
