AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF JOAN K. PENROD, FOR THE SUM OF $3,750.00
FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 1980 FORD THUNDERBIRD AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ISSUE
A BILL OF SALE FOR SAID AUTOMOBILE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of John K. Penrod, for
the sum of $3,750.00 for the purchase of a 1980 Ford Thunderbird; said automobile
being advertised in The Paducah Sun as required by law.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be authorized to issue a bill of sale for
said automobile.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said automobile shall be credited to
Account No. 20-500-150-494.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
