ORDINANCE NO. 84-1-2463
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A LEASE WITH SEAFARER'S INTERNATIONAL UNION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to
enter into an Lease with Seafarer's International
Union, for lease of a portion of the City Hall Annex,
at a rental of $115.00 per month; said lease is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, as if fully set
-.out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on
two separate days and will be effective upon publi-
cation of a certified summary thereof.
