ORDINANCE NO. 85-12-2779
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF APPROXIMATELY $4,200.00 TO FIRE
APPARATUS COMPANY FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO PUMP FOR NO.'1 FIRE TRUCK FOR THE FIRE
DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Fire Apparatus
Company the sum of approximately $4,200.00 for emergency repairs to pump for No. 1
Fire Truck for the Fire Department.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 20-500-220-514 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication in full.
