ORDINANCE NO. 85-12-2773
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AND COVENANT WITH
HENRY A. PETTER SUPPLY CO. FOR LEASE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN SOUTH FIRST
STREET AND THE FLOODWALL AND BETWEEN THE LAST CAR OF THE RAILROAD CAR EXHIBIT AND
WASHINGTON STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into a lease and
covenant with Henry A. Petter Supply Co. for lease of certain property located
between South First Street and the Floodwall and between the last car of the
railroad car exhibit and Washington Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. A copy of the aforesaid lease and covenant is attached hereto
and incorporated herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication in full.
