ORDINANCE NO. 85-12-2772
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT OF $3,760.72 TO REED
CRUSHED -STONE, FOR DENSE GRADE GRAVEL AND RIP -RAP MATERIALS FOR STREET WORK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Reed Crushed Stone
the amount of $3,760.72 for dense grade gravel and rip -rap materials for street work.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-330-421 or MAP 10-500-340-354 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication in full.
