AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY SUMMER FESTIVAL THE SUM
OF $4,000.00 FOR EXTENDED DEBTS OF THE 1985 SUMMER FESTIVAL
WHEREAS, the Summer Festival has incurred additional expenses for the 1985
Summer Festival.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay the Summer
Festival the sum of $4,000.00 for additional expenses incurred during the 1985 Summer
Festival.
SECTION 2. This expenditure should be charged to Account Number
10-500-150-494.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication in full.
