AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF RODEMOHER CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OF
$4,200 FOR TWELVE DAMPER CONTROL ACTUATORS FOR THE HEATING/COOLING SYSTEM IN PADUCAH CITY
HALL, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURPOSE
WHEREAS, the Rodemoher Corporation is the only supplier in this area for these
parts; and
WHEREAS, non-competitive negotiations are being implemented and the Mayor is
authorized to accept the proposal of the Rodemoher Corporation and enter into a contract for
the purchase of these parts.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the proposal'of the Rodemoher
Corporation in the amount of $4,200.00, for the purchase of twelve damper control actuators
for the heating/cooling system in the Paducah City Hall.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with the Rodemoher
Corporation as authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. The amount of this purchase shall be charged to Account No.
10-500-160-257.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective
upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
