AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $2,801.25 TO PADUCAH FORD, INC. FOR
EMERGENCY REPAIRS AND PURCHASE OF A MOTOR FOR REFUSE TRUCK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Paducah Ford, Inc.
the sum of $2,801.25 for emergency repairs and purchase of a motor for a refuse truck.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-420-322 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect upon its passage with -one reading.
