ORDINANCE NO. 85-10-2740
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY THE SUM OF $3,280.00 TO
ACTON RILEY FOR REMOVAL OF DEAD TREES IN NOBLE PARK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized to pay the sum of
$3,280.00, to Acton Riley for removal of dead trees from Noble Park.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account Number
20-500-240-274.
SECTION 3. Due to the emergency nature of the problem and the immediate
need to remove these dead trees, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage with one reading.
