ORDINANCE NO. 85-9-2739
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH WEST
KENTUCKY PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL FOR JTPA=IIA ON-THE-JOB TRAINING PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with West
Kentucky Private Industry Council for JTPA-IIA On -The -Job Training Program to hire a
noncivil service radio dispatcher. This contract is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as if set out in -full.
SECTION 2. In_order=to take -advantage of this program before its
expiration, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon one reading.
