ORDINANCE NO. 85-9-2738
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO GROUP
POLICY NO. GT. 567 WITH COMMONWEALTH LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute Amendment No. 4 to Group
Policy No. GT 567 with Commonwealth Life Insurance Company. This amendment is
attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. In order for this amendment to be effective as of August 1,
1985, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon .one reading.
