Home My WebLink About85-9-2732392 ORDINANCE NO. 85-9-2732 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT.WITH IRVIN COBB ASSOCIATES EXTENDING LEASE BETWEEN CITY AND IRVIN COBB ASSOCIATES TO AUGUST 31, 1986 WHEREAS, the parties entered into a Lease on July 14, 1979; and WHEREAS, it is the intent of the parties to extend said Lease through August 31, 1986. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement with Irvin Cobb Associates -extending Lease between the parties to August 31, 1986. Said - Agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set out herein. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication in full.
