At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the Board of Directors'
Boardroom at Lourdes Hospital at 9:00 a.m., Monday, November 29, 2004, Mayor
Paxton presided, and upon call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to
their names: Commissioners Coleman, Guess, Montgomery, Smith and Mayor Paxton
(5).
MOTION
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Guess, that the
Notices of Called Meeting for the Board of Commissioners for 9:00 a.m., Monday,
November 29, 2004, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Guess, Montgomery, Smith
and Mayor Paxton (5).
This meeting was held for a Commission Advance Session. A copy of the agenda is
contained in the Minute file.
The meeting adjourned approximately at 3:30 p.m.
