Home My WebLink About85-6-2699341 ORDINANCE NO. 85-6-2699 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10-49, 10-54 10-59, 10-60 AND 10-61, "CIVIL SERVICE" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 10-49 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall_ hereafter read as follows: "Sec. 10-49. Department of finance. This department shall be -under the direction and supervision of the city treasurer - finance director, a noncivil service position which has heretofore been created by separate ordi- nance. Bookkeeper $27.00 per month effective July 1, 1984, and $28.00 per month effective July 1, 1985. Any of the foregoing positions in sub section (a) may hereafter from -time -to time be designated for payment from said revenue sharing funds upon motion duly passed by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah". SECTION 2. That Section 10-54 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of. Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows: "Sec. 10-54. Cemetery Department. The employee so' designated shall be paid an additional $0.15 per hour during such times as the employee designated actually serves in such capacity. SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
