ORDINANCE NO. 85-6-2696
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $5,200.00..TO WHAYNE SUPPLY COMPANY
FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO CATERPILLAR 3208 ENGINE IN A REFUSE PACKER AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY TO EXIST
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF.PADUCAH,.KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to pay to
Whayne Supply Company the sum of -$5,200.:00 for emergency repairs to a Caterpillar
3208 engine in a refuse packer.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-420-322 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect upon its passage with.one reading.
