ORDINANCE NO. 85-6-2690
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT FOR LIBRARIES AND ARCHIVES FOR LOCAL
RECORDS PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into an Agreement with the Kentucky Department for
Libraries and Archives for a local records project.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid Agreement is attached hereto and by reference
incorporated herein, and all terms and provisions thereof are approved.
SECTION 3. Due to state requirement that the requested funds be granted by
June 28, 1985, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall
become effective immediately after one reading.
