ORDINANCE NO. 85-5-2682
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $2,947.46 TO CIDRACH FOR EMERGENCY
REPAIRS TO AIR CONDITIONING UNIT AT FIREHOUSE NO. 1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to pay to
CIDRACH the sum of $2,947.46 -for emergency repairs to the air conditioning unit at
Firehouse No. 1.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 20-500-220-514 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. Because this work had to be done immediately to prevent
further damage to the air conditioning unit, and in order to expedite payment of this
bill, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect upon its passage with one reading.
