AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF UP TO
$10:,407.05 FOR PURCHASE OF IBM EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah is applying for an''ADF�Gran.t in the amount'
of $20,812.95 to purchase an IBM.System 36,`Model 5360/B23 Computer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY,THE CITY OF PADUCAH,.KENTUCKY-.
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah be authorized to -approve payment -of
up to $10,407.05 for: the purchase of -an IBM System 36 Model 5360/B23 computer
contingent upon the. City receiving an ADF Grant of at least $20,,412,95.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said computer shall -be -charged
Account No. 10-500-120-503.
SECTION.. 3. In order to expedite the filing of thegrant application, an
-emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall begin full force
and effect upon its passage with one reading. _
