ORDINANCE NO. 85-5-2676
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING -ORDINANCE NO.. 85=4--2672
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,.KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah approve a Rental Agreement with Whayne
Supply Company, for the rental of a D61) Caterpillar Dozer, serial numb'erl,4X9158, ito,-,,.i'
be used on the landfill by the Refuse Department.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a Rental Agreement with
Whayne Supply Company for the rental of a D6D Caterpillar Dozer toube.;us.e.d by the
Refuse -Department on the.landfill, for a period of th-ji-ty 38 ninety (90) days at the `
rate -of $6,950.00 per. month, retroactive to April 14; 1985. Said Rental Agreement is
attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set -out in full.
— SECTION 3.... The rental amount for.said Dozer shall be charged to -Account
Number 28 10-500-420-215.
SECTION 4. In order to meet State LandfillOrequirements',.an emergency is
hereby:declared to exist and.this ordinance will become effective immediately with—.-
