ORDINANCE 85-4-2674
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH ASPHALT PAVING, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $124,379.66, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
CROOKED CREEK INTERCEPTOR SEWERS (PHASE I)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to
enter into a contract with Asphalt Paving, Inc. for construction of the Crooked Creek
Interceptor Sewers (Phase 1) for the sum of $124,379.66, said bid being in substantial
compliance with the advertisement for bids as published in The Paducah Sun on March
10, 1985.
SECTION 2. That the Sewer System Depreciation & Extension Fund shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
