ORDINANCE NO. 85-4-2672
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH WHAYNE SUPPLY COMPANY FOR
RENTAL OF A D6D CATERPILLAR DOZER FOR USE ON -THE LANDFILL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah approve a Rental Agreement with Whayne
Supply Company, for the rental of a D6D Caterpillar Dozer, serial number 4X9158, to
be used on the landfill by the Refuse Department.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a Rental Agreement with
Whayne Supply Company for the rental of a D6D Caterpillar Dozer to be used by the
Refuse Department on the landfill, for a period of thirty (30) days at the rate of
$6,950.00 per month, retroactive to April 10, 1985. Said Rental Agreement is
attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 3. The rental amount for said Dozer shall be charged to Account
Number 20-500-420-215.
SECTION 4. In order to meet State Landfill requirements, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance will become effective immediately with
one reading.
