ORDINANCE NO. 85-4-2669
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY ASPHALT PAVING, INC.
THE SUM OF $2,900.00 FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO JONQUILAWN SUBDIVI'SION'SEWER LINE
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has incurred expenses for the emergency
repair of a sewer line located in the Jonquilawn Subdivision.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay Asphalt
Paving, Inc: the sum of $2,900.00 for repairs to sewer line in Jonquilawn
Subdivision.:
SECTION 2. This expenditure should be charged to the Sewer Extension
and Depreciation Fund Account:
SECTION 3. These emergency repairs have been made, and in order to
expedite payment of this account, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance shall be effective immediately upon passage with one reading.
